• Ultamate Rewards: Actively promote the Ultamate Rewards program and the Ulta Beauty credit card, ensuring guests get points for their purchases.
• Customer Assistance: Act as an attentive host, answering quick questions at the checkout counter, processing online order pickups, and handling returns gracefully.
• Environment Maintenance: Keep the cash wrap immaculate, restock shopping bags, and maintain impulse-buy "Grab & Go" displays.
