Job Summary

We are actively seeking empathetic, patient, and highly organized individuals to join our frontline support team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained to manage Kohl's returns, Kohl's Charge card payments, and Amazon return drop-offs. You will serve as an escalation point, delivering the signature joy and resolution that sets us apart in the retail industry. This is a dynamic, engaging role for individuals who thrive on helping others and navigating complex situations.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Guest Solutions: Utilize rigorous training to respond to guest inquiries at the front desk, processing returns, exchanges, and issuing Kohl's Cash accurately.
• Amazon Returns: Seamlessly process unpackaged Amazon returns, scanning QR codes, bagging items securely, and sorting them into outbound logistical palettes.
• Financial Services: Execute precise cash handling, accept Kohl's Charge card payments, and balance the customer service register at the end of shifts.
• Conflict Resolution: Act as the immediate problem solver for basic needs. You will navigate pricing discrepancies, manage interpersonal conflicts, and accommodate requests with empathy.
