Job Summary

We are actively seeking design-minded, highly organized individuals to join our merchandising team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing corporate display directives, cross-merchandising complementary products, and elevating the overall sensory experience of the store. You will serve as an aesthetic ambassador, delivering the signature beauty that sets us apart in the grocery industry. This role blends heavy lifting with high design.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Display Execution: Build massive, color-coordinated seasonal displays—from towering apple orchards in produce to holiday gift baskets in the whole body section.
• Cross-Merchandising: Strategically place complementary items together (e.g., artisanal crackers next to the cheese counter) to inspire culinary creativity and drive sales.
• Signage & Decor: Ensure all point-of-sale signs, chalkboards, and shelf tags align with our strict brand standards and are perfectly placed.
• Inventory Maintenance: Work alongside the stock team to ensure that even highly designed displays are constantly replenished and never look picked-over.
