Job Summary

We are actively seeking energetic, fast-moving, and highly organized individuals to join our logistics team. As an entry-level Store Clerk, you will be trained to unbox, security-tag, and fold merchandise at lightning speed. You will serve as the operational backbone, delivering the signature daily inventory turns that set American Eagle apart in the apparel retail industry. This is an active, physical role perfect for those who love working with their hands, listening to music in the back, and avoiding the cash register.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Freight Processing: Unload weekly truck deliveries, sorting mixed boxes of denim, tops, and Aerie intimates onto the appropriate processing tables.
• Ticketing & Tagging: Quickly apply hard security tags to denim and high-value garments, ensuring all price tickets are clearly visible according to company standards.
• Rack Building: Fold processed apparel efficiently on rolling Z-racks and carts, organizing by size and wash so the floor team can push it out seamlessly.
• Backroom Maintenance: Operate the cardboard baler safely, sweep the receiving dock, and ensure all emergency exits are clear of empty boxes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application (due to baler operation).

• Must possess an excellent work ethic and the physical stamina to stand in one place, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume backroom environment.
