Job Summary

We are actively seeking friendly, reliable, and hands-on individuals to join our sales and service team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the welcoming face of the store, entrusted with helping customers navigate the aisles and performing specialized store services. You will serve as an overarching service ambassador, delivering the signature helpfulness that sets Ace apart in the hardware retail industry. This is a highly active role perfect for those who love tinkering, painting, and fixing things.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Proactive Problem Solving: Greet every customer instantly upon entry, walking them directly to the plumbing, electrical, or garden items they need.
• Specialized Services: Operate specialized equipment safely to mix custom paint colors, cut glass, re-key locks, and cut various types of chain and wire.
• Fast-Paced Checkout: Process guest transactions swiftly and accurately at the front lanes, promoting the Ace Rewards program.
• Vibe & Merchandising: Keep the aisles immaculate, front-face merchandise, and restock returned items to their proper pegs immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must possess an incredibly friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help neighbors fix their homes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the aisles, and comfortably lift up to 40 pounds.
