• Display Execution: Build massive, color-coordinated seasonal displays—from towering apple orchards in produce to holiday gift baskets in the whole body section.
• Cross-Merchandising: Strategically place complementary items together (e.g., artisanal crackers next to the cheese counter) to inspire culinary creativity and drive sales.
• Signage & Decor: Ensure all point-of-sale signs, chalkboards, and shelf tags align with our strict brand standards and are perfectly placed.
• Inventory Maintenance: Work alongside the stock team to ensure that even highly designed displays are constantly replenished and never look picked-over.
